help with C# prog in .NET SDK 1.1

Dear Gurus,

Please help me make this program work. My PC has Windows 2000 SP4 OS. I downloaded latest SDK for .NET Framework. Trying to execute this simple program. It displays the message box, BUT, no text in the box!!! or no text on the OK button.

Please help.

Works just fine for me (on Windows XP SP2 Framework v 1.1). I tried it with Visual Studio .NET 2003 and just with the csc compiler which it looks like you are using. So you must have some configuration issue. I would try reinstalling the .NET framework and SDK. Otherwise I don't know what the problem is. Your code is fine.

Thanks for your response. I did reinstall the .NET Framework and SDK. Still the same problem. Is this an issue with Win2K Sp4? What else should i look for?

Works fine with me (compiled using notepad and csc.exe) - also tried with VS.net (also fine).

Sorry, don't know what's wrong, but it does sound like a configuration or driver issue. Are you sure that there are no other problems with Windows - no missing fonts or anything?
