Help with Connections pls

Hi,

I'm running XP pro and after having to re-install the operating system I cannot complete the options for creating a dial up account as the selection I want is greyed out !...grrrrrrrrrr........ I am using ADSL and need to configure dial up preferences manually .

Basically the screen I am looking at is ControlPanel/networking/dial up to private network/manual settings then on the next page I want the top selection and thats where it is greyed out.

The option existed for the last 12 months ! How do I get it back ?
