Assuming you're not overclocking, the 1.4 GHz Athlon with a "266" MHz bus would be a 10.5x133 multiplier. If you're looking for exact motherboard settings, can't help you there. My 8K7A hasn't been ordered yet. As for the LED codes, check the manual, they should be in there.
I don't have my manual handy, but if you leave all the dip switches to off (auto mode) it will automatically set to what your processor is set for. For 1400 -- 1400/133 = 10.5 multiplier. Now that I think about it, to override the auto setting I think that switches 1 and 5 on is 10.5. I was just messing with mine last night. Check the book though, there is a nice table with all the settings.
