So the notebook took a spill last night - when I restarted, Windows tried to come up, took forever, hdd going very slowly, and I finally got a blue screen. I ran chkdsk and it got to 75% and quit.
Now I can't even read the drive - my computer wouldn't read it, and I now have it plugged into a USB port on another - it'll recognize it's plugged in, give me the model name and such, but can't read the volume, etc. info. drive doesn't pop up in my computer either.
So am I completely screwed, or is there an app that can push through this? If not, anyone have any experience with Toshiba support?
