Help with new build/upgrade.

This will be my first build using parts that aren't scrounged from friends old systems and throwaway computers. For the most part it will be used for gaming, I'll also be playing with CATIA and Photoshop but only for educational purposes so it's okay if they don't run at peak performance. I'm looking at newegg for my parts, and I'm not much of a fanboy for anything. My plan is to first get my motherboard, cpu, memory, case, and power supply within the next month or so and continue use of my current video card(xfx geforce 7300gs with 512M ddr2), hard drive(80Gb PATA), monitor(embarrassed to say), and DVD burner(also PATA) until I can afford those in the next two or three months. My budget for the first round will be $500 to $600 for the mobo, pcu, memory, case and power supply. Here's what I've got so far.

This puts me at about $405 so I'm hoping to get the case and power supply for between $95 and $195 to stay in budget, but really have no idea what I need in terms of cooling and power. When I get my video card I'm thinking about these three.

I also want to play with overclocking. Since I've never done this anything I do will be light to moderate, but I still want good cooling for that purpose, so I'm open for suggestions on cases(and I want it to look cool of course:awe.

Like I said I'm not a fanboy so if you can find a better set up for the same price please let me know.
