Question Help with new build

I am looking for help with a new build and would appreciate your help. I will give the best answers according to the sticky and add more after.

Use of PC - 3D modeling and CAM. I will be using Fusion360 and GibbsCam.
Budget - Whatever it costs for what I need, but obviously at the same time, trying to keep the price down, is a good thing.
Country where I will be buying parts - USA (Newegg / Amazon)
Brand - Intel
Current parts - Mouse, Keyboard
Overclocking - No
Resolution - 1366 x 768 (1920 x 1080 or greater at 100% scale strongly recommended)
Build date - ASAP
Software needed - Windows 11

These are some requirements that are necessary...

Intel i7 or better
Nvidia RTX series GPU 2gb or more
Minimum of 32gb of memory
Windows 11 compatible
2gb SSD
SSL 3.0, TLS 1.2+, .NET Framework 4.5 or newer

In recent years Intel had trouble with their 13/14th gen CPUs, where many users reported degradation after a period of time. For that reason many are now using AMD instead. You may want to research that before making your final decision. Otherwise something along these lines should do.

Intel 265/285 or AMD Ryzen 9900/9950
Motherboard of your choice that has the features and ports you need
32/48/64GB of RAM. Go with 2 sticks here, something like DDR5-6000 CL30 should be fine.
NVidia RTX 4060/4070 or wait for the new 5000 series to be released next month. You should know that GPUs are in a shortage at the moment and prices are up. You may also look at the Nvidia Quadro cards which are their "professional" models.
I like Samsung for SSDs, the 980Pro is a nice model, but Western Digital SN850X, Crucial, and others are also popular.
