Help with Shuttle AK35GTR

I'm trying to install Win98SE onto my new rig. Can someone show me how to copy Win98SE setup file from CD to HDD, please? I used boot floppy to start the comp and it doesn't seem to let me access the CD ROM.

What IDE connection on the board do you have the CDrom plugged into...? Possibly the raid connectors...? If so switch it to the other set the non-raid IDE controllers... Your boot disk will then see the CDrom drive...
