Help with Shuttle ss51g

I bought a shuttle ss51g recently
I installed winxp and I usually to an immediate checkdisk to check for errors. 19x133=2.53 p4 ddr 266
I got a lot of bad clusters in checkdisk.
I chhecked all my ide cables and my harddrive they are fine.
I underclocked my system and winxp installed fine with no errors 19x100mhz ddr at 200
I would like to know what to do to make my system stable

try posting in the Viahardware SFF forum.......I am sure you will find more anwsers to XPC questions there...
In generaly, the SS51 XPC is pretty bad for overclocking...but 133 shouldn't be too much of a issue......
could it possibly be the RAM...
