I have a file that has a xvid.avi extention. First of all, is that an avi or an xvid or both, etc?
Normally I would go into Sonic MyDVD and just select the file and it would automatically encode it to dvd but it's not liking this file format or something.
The error is
"The software that's used to decode the media is not available on this system. Installing the correct decoders for the files you are working with may help correct the problem. -47001."
Does it mean it doesn't have the correct codec installed? I can play the video fine with WMP10. I just need to get this on a dvd asap. Wanted to watch tonight on regular dvd player.
Any ideas?
