HELP!!!!!!!!

I know this is off topic guys, but I figured maybe somebody would know how to maybe help me. Somebody found out my aim password and got on my screen name, however I've changed passwords multiple times, but they still get it somehow, I have norton anti virus and a firewall on my computer...........what do I do ??????? Please help.

but it got through norton anti virus and a firewall? how do I prevent this from happening in the future? by the way, norton says I don't have any viruses as of now, not to say I don't have one

Sounds more along the lines of somebody installing a keylogger on your computer.
