Ive been getting them on a more frequent basis than I would like (which is more than 0) and I cant seem to figure out why. I eat tons of fiber, drink tons of water, etc etc but since I tend to shit a lot and then go to the gym it just happens... It usually goes away in about a day but once it got bad and was there for a few days. Any advice because this is probably the most annoying and nasty thing that happens.

Stool softener. If you can place your hands on some yerba mate that stuff is a great natural stool softener.

A lot of it is just relaxing when you're on the throne and not forcing anything out. The squeezing is what causes the blood vessels down there to pop and form your problems. Also don't wipe as hard or use rough toilet paper that can cause irritation down there. Hot baths can improve circulation down there and help get rid of them faster.

Seems like you're eating everything right.....I would watch how hard you "push" on the toilet and remember to not overexert any actions down there that would cause a blood vessel to explode.
