Ive been getting them on a more frequent basis than I would like (which is more than 0) and I cant seem to figure out why. I eat tons of fiber, drink tons of water, etc etc but since I tend to shit a lot and then go to the gym it just happens... It usually goes away in about a day but once it got bad and was there for a few days. Any advice because this is probably the most annoying and nasty thing that happens.
