If this is the video of the teenagers beating up on the 13 year old, it had nothing to do with race. The kid they beat up snitched on them (concerning drugs) and they were pissed off and giving him payback. That is all it was.
the major story here is why would they try to prosecute the bus driver? if he stepped in to stop the fight, he could have gotten stomped too. or if he was too aggressive and one of the kids got hurt, he could have got sued as well. it's a lose lose situation.
