Sure, flat rate medium bos is $13.65. I just tried it, and I will have to cheat and make the box about 1 inch longer, and I hope they still pickup/ship.

They are usually super strict about flat rate box sizes, but if you go to the USPS website, you should be able to order one of the shoe box sized Priority (not flat rate) boxes and have it sent to you at no cost.

Edit: Also if you paid with CC, you may be able to get them to step in on some kind of warranty coverage if your CC included that. I would think the fact that they are basically sending you another defective unit would count for something and maybe they will do a chargeback.

I am not bothering to ship it back. I am going to pay for getting another defective unit ? I don't think so. They will not reply to my email saying I want and version 2, so I already have one RMA that sent me the defective one. Its just not worth it.

For the first part I meant as far as sending it to aigomorla. On the RMA, totally understand. I personally can't walk away from stuff like that on principal, but that's not the normal reaction and it's definitely better for your mental health to be able to move on.

Just logged in here for the first time in ages to say that the exact same thing happened to the LiqTech 240mm in my GF's Threadripper build. I didn't crack it open, but the pump was definitely running, yet it had zero flow (hoses were room temp 10-15cm from the CPU block even when the CPU was at 90+ degrees and throttling hard and the block was too hot to touch). Luckily I convinced the store where I bought it to replace it with a Noctua NH-U14S. Did not feel like trying another one of these AIOs, seeing how this one only lasted around 10 months.

Cooler Master finally has their MasterLiquid TR4 coolers available for the U.S. market. I think these are Asetek.

Will be interesting to watch for reviews and see if this is a safer bet than the Enermax TR4 v2 version.
