Most I think are just looking for action scenes just by the fact that so many have forgotten who Charles was and who Bob Bishop was as well who was a much more recent character.

The history stuff was cool, but the whole episode just felt pointless and too long. They could have shortened everything down into less than a half-hour without losing any importance. The "storm" sister seems pointless...doesn't seem like she'll be of any importance anymore. I don't know...it was just soooo boring to watch. I didn't care. The only cool part was the last 30 seconds.

Yeah but they could have done that in 15 minutes. The pacing is just so jacked this season.

Yah. This kind of happened to Lost for a few seasons as well (although it's been picking up lately, yay).

Like I said... we're back to season 1 or was it 2 where Sylar was Nathan as president in the future.

Many people are complaining that there was not much action, nor was much really done in the epi, but I disagree.
This epi cleared up the backstory and put the characters into an end of season mode with a common goal, to make the public forget about the heroes, end the government assault and create a new entity like the "company" for the future.
Not a well done epi, but they had to give us some kind of goal for the final epi's.

My cable modem had died yesterday so I went out and bought a new one. I briefly looked at my guide after getting the new one installed while on the phone activating it and thought all the shows scheduled for last night were repeats and forgot to dvr it.



I agree about last weeks though, individually it was a good backstory/tie things together episode. The only bad thing is that it probably would have been much better as a midseason one not a buildup for the finale. Seems by making this season have 2 distinct halves they've kinda screwed up the writing flow.
