I was kinda like "Oh man, they didn't do that stereotype Japanese hero thing with the Samurai sword", but they did. He's even got the Highlander Ponytail.

None the less, it's really starting to look like a comic book series now

If you looked at the cipher or whatever that they found on the USB drive in the lizard tank, there was that funky F/S symbol scrolling through the cipher.

Also in the background in Isaac's place, several paintings of it.

I don't think the tatoo represents good or bad. The symbol was showing up in the DNA code on the professor's computer screen. I think it's just a representation of the "mutants" or whatever they'll be called.

Perhaps Niki isn't one of them, but her alter ego is?

Man, I must be blind... I've missed all of those. I noticed the tattoo but didn't think anything of it because it was the first time I had seen the symbol.

Cross promotion with Las Vegas? I don't remember seeing any cast members from Vegas...

You didn't notice which casino they were in?

The montecito? Big whoop. It saved them an assload of production costs. Cross promotion usually involves having character interaction with other shows ala Crossing Jordan/Las Vegas or E.R./Third Watch

Most real Vegas casinos don't let you shoot movies in them. If they shut down, they might lose money. Also, they don't like their interiors extensively photographed/filmed for security reasons.

im curious where/when he's going to get that scar, possible in some cool battle.
