generations is the title of season 2. "origins" is the 6 episode thing airing during hiatus.

This was an underwlming finale. I wanted a 2 hour finale. The show was 80% recap and 19% new stuff and 1% finale. It was not htat great.

And hte teaser for next season jsut has me scratching my head.

Bah... I'm pissed at all the major networks right now!

I'm pissed at CBS for canceling Jericho and not having more prime time episodes of The Price Is Right.
I'm pissed at NBC for over promoting the hell out of this show, and for turning every episode of The Apprentice into a 60 minute infomercial for that week's sponsor. After the way they butchered it, I'm glad that it got canceled.
I'm pissed at FOX for screwing up the concept of Drive (which could have been sooo cool if they did it right!) and making so many lame and predictable episodes of 24 this season (although the beginning and ending episodes were good).
I'm pissed at ABC creating drivel like Dancing With The Stars and The Bachelor, and for making Lost the most pointless show to watch since Gilligan's Island.
Hell... I'm even pissed at PBS for having too many pledge drives!

Did you expect to like it as much as you did? I know I didn't because I wasn't really sure what it was about. That guy who killed all those people, forgot his name, was pretty creepy. I think he killed one of the researchers or doctors. Can't remember. Ran them over with his car.

I don't think I expected to like it as much as I did. I REALLY didn't expect to grow so attached to Nim. Just thinking about him makes me smile

Was it that bad? I mean yea, I didn't like how it ended, but it was touching. Hell, I shed tears. Seriously. I watched 1 hr of 24 and then I switched over. I think it was the right choice. I might not be able to tell you what happens in 24, but I think all viewers of 24 can tell you what would happen given nothing is original in that show.

For a show that was very interesting during the season, it had a very very lame finale. The writers missed all sorts of opportunities to make a great ending, but instead spent a lot of time on useless drivel.

The final confrontation should have taken 20 minutes instead of just 5-10. They could have had Sylar show some powers that he had grabbed that we were not aware of yet, add some twists to make it interesting. Peter and Sylar could have really had a great battle instead of Peter just conveniently pretty much forgetting most of his powers. He had a bunch of things he could have used (invisibility/time shift/regeneration etc etc), but used none of those. The battle should have been a back-and-forth thing with each guy pulling cool tricks out of his bag, and eventually Peter winning and then blowing up.

Also, why the heck did Peter need Nathan to fly him up? Last I checked he was able to fly as well, so he could have just flown up and not killed his brother.

My guess is that both Petrelli brothers somehow survived the explosion to be back next season.......

Nathan COULD have flown Peter way freakin' up there (remember how fast he can fly?) then dropped him and flew out of the blast radius... then he landed unharmed, and peter regenerated from the blast and fell down, set his broken bones, got up and grabbed some coffee or something

Nathan sacrificed himself to be with his brother.

Nathan Flew Peter into the vacuum of space. It was unlikely he even survived the trip. If Peter Survived he won't just fall, he will have to fly back to earth. That is if he was killed from no atmosphere.

I think the episode also showed that Nikki's power is not a split personality as some people liked to say but that was more or less the manifestation of her power because it was almost that Jessica didn't "accept" her and Nikki didn't have the will. But Jessica accepted her when she passed control over to her willingly when they were with Linderman and she finally grew the cahonas when fighting against hot girl.

Sylar crawled into the sewers, hence the showing of the cockroach at the end, which signifies his ability to "look dead" like he did earlier in the series.
