'Six Months Ago' was last week's episode.

he doesn't mute their powers, he mirrors them. the reason he couldn't understand the cop is because you can't read the mind of someone trying to read your mind. hence all of the static collission sound effects.

I am thinking the same thing. Remember when Sylar was injured and was fleeing to the woods, Eden was able to persuade him not to hurt her (he gradually lowered his raised arm). But it didn't work this time, WTF?

As far as Sylar able to yank Eden, he used the gun. Remember in the past episodes where you see chairs and other metallic items stuck on the wall where Sylar struck? He can probably magnetically control them.

EDIT: I also agree that Eden killed herself so Sylar can't acquire her power. Watch the scene again and listen to the dialogue.

Eden killed herself because she was trying to point the gun at herself and Sylar was trying to keep her from doing it. How did Sylar get out of the room where his powers are not supposed to work?

I don't get the Haitian guy. I thought he just changes memories not mirror powers.
