Seeing as you do not live in California, you have no idea what the fuck you are talking about. Please shut the fuck up. We have quite the marijuana culture here and it is not uncommon in the least for rather successful professionals to partake.

Most smokers don't smoke that shiz from mexico.

I live in Arizona and I am 99.999999% sure mine doesn't come from mexico.

Oh, and I am one of those white collar workers who works 50+ hours a week at a professional job. Quit with the stereotypes. They are old, outdated and 100% untrue

And I hope all you dopers learned a valuable lesson from my informative thread - altering your mental state is unproductive and deadly for all. Stop being such a lazy ass, bong hittin' loser and get a job or something. The world will be grateful, especially the citizens of Mexico.

LOL. Whatever IGBT, err..I mean FelixDeKat, keep on trolling.

I'll chime in and let you know that you have no idea what you are talking about. Other posters in this thread are right. I worked 8 AM to a little past 11 PM yesterday and wasn't high during any part of the day. Of course, I did go home and torch one while falling asleep to Discovery Channel Life on Bluray. Then I got up this morning, cleaned my kitchen and went and paid rent.

Weird, huh?

Do you feel any guilt that your casual drug use funds Mexico's narco terrorists? If I was out there smoking, snorting, or shooting it up I would wonder if it came from the Zetas, a group that recently massacred 72 innocent people en masse who refused to particpate in the drug business. If I used drugs I would be shocked, embarrased and ashamed over this.

If ignorance were a virtue you'd be a god, really. Did you ever consider that legalizing pot might cut the profit balls off these gangs?. Lets face it, for whatever reason MILLIONS of peeps like to get a buzz on and trying to outlaw it rather than legalize/tax it is a colossal waste of time/money. What happened during prohibition? the largest black market on the planet was created, did anyone learn anything from this?, doesn't look like it..

I am pro MJ legalization because my home in Northern California:
- has had to warn hikers away from the national forests because of the grow operations
- has had firefighters shot at in the midst of a fire by people protecting their grows
- has had the rivers trashed and the water supply seriously diminished during four drought years in a row by people funneling off water
- has gang violence problems that didn't exist even ten years ago because of the illegals moved into the area to manage the growing
- is poor as dirt and about to close the only library in two counties while the growers make a mint, suck up services and pay no taxes

The sheriff doesn't bother with home growers even now because other than punk kids climbing over their fences to steal stuff, there isn't a crime problem from them. The issue is the illegal Mexican gangs that are growing on a commercial scale.

Smokers, if you're going to buy, KNOW YOUR SOURCE. There are small growers who grow clean stuff and pay their electricity bills and water legally. The commercial operations are destroying the environment, the county, and a lot of lives, plus they dumb whatall pesticides on their crop. Don't fund that crap, buy from small shop providers.

I did, i was mearley point out there are more then the sterio typical stoner who gets high every hour, sure there are days i do that but only a couple times a month and when im off from work chillin with my boys. There are days where we smoke 5,6,7 blunts a day at a gram a pop, those days im not very productive but like i said its a once in awhile thing.

those illegals growing on a large scale grow mersh. you can tell people growing on a large scale as opposed to home-grown ("mersh" or commercially grown weed is full of seed, low thc, crappy brown, etc.)

home grown is usually awesome.

not saying that people dont grow dank on a large scale, but this is the general way it happens

Sounds like a problem that corrects itself. Shoot at FFs, they don't put out the fire. Fire consumes the crop (and hopefully the gunmen).

...I know, FFs gotta put it out before it gets really out of control. Hopefully they can dig the fire lines on the far side of the assholes and their crop.

Wow, that sucks. Had no idea illegals were doing grow op's as well as trafficking, I still think the best solution is what Alaska had, each person was allowed to grow 5 plants for personal consumption and that would be enough for almost anyone and bingo, black market and illegal grows get stifled..

My childhood home changed hands and was empty and the growers moved in within weeks. They lasted a few months before they got unlucky and raided. I was walking the property afterwards to show it to my husband, and opened the barn to find that they'd insulated the entire thing.

The growers watch for foreclosures that are unlikely to be moved quickly and then set up operations inside.

As far as the grow operations up here, a lot of the people brought in illegally to mind the fields are here more or less unwillingly. Their families are in Mexico and threatened by the gangs, so the people protecting the fields are doing it under duress. It explains why they'll stand in face of fire to try to shoot off firefighters. They get trafficked across the border thinking they're going to get fruit picker jobs or other labor and wind up basically enslaved to work off their trafficking debt.

Wow, yet another reason to just legalize/tax it and stop all this crap, not only would the Gov. reap a huge tax benefit but also save a huge amount it now spends keeping pot smokers/dealers in jail. Oh, let's not forget those who fail random drug tests for pot, they apply for food stamps, welfare ect., yet more $$ wasted..

How is altering your mental state unproductive or deadly? It's more productive that posting on ATOT, that's for sure. The only thing "deadly" about it is that my lungs won't take too kindly to it in the end, but it could be a lot worse (like tobacco). Gonna get a vape when I have the chance. And, as everyone has said, know your source.

BTW, I already have a job and am a full time student that is doing quite well, as I said before. I'm not sure what your problem is.

Glenn Beck was a drug user and alcohol abuser for decades. In fact, his whole shtick is lifted right out of the 12 step program.
