yes and exercise isn't excuse to have a big meal splurge before or after. your glycogen stores aren't in any danger.

Can i make my own rice with some random vegetables spices and sort of roasted meat ? Another culinary gamble that actually turned out eadible.
After that some coffee.

I promise i wont eat that much...

I way over 225lbs. But i am not fat.

if you are doing 1x-2x your body weight on most of your lifts I'll excuse it. Don't let me catch you on a machine though.

If I don't need gloves to do 160 pound shrugs, you don't need them for 25 pounders.

A stupendous amount of exercise BARELY accellerates weight loss. Normal excercise, like a 20 minute walk every day is all you need to stay fit/maintain muscle. Crazy diets never work anyway, so the best thing you can do to maintain weight loss is to change your eating habits to normal caloric intake for your height. If you want to lose weight fast, you will get all of it back plus more. Study after study after study has proven all of the above.

Shit you see on shows like The Biggest Loser is insane!

What we need to do is get all fat people hooked on meth. Remember how that Faces of Meth page showed that most of them wither away and become really skinny? Yeah. That's because it's a stimulant and it causes the stomach to contract; they can't eat large solid meals the way a fat person can. They live more like how babies live and their diet heavily relies on liquids.


On a related note, whoever invented those Slim Fast drinks is a retard. One time I had one of those when I was hungry and it didn't make my stomach feel full. If my stomach still hurts after I've had one, then why the fuck did I just have one? I might as well drink water.

The muscles you have from walking 20 minutes a day... yea. Most people have the muscles from sitting 16 hours a day and laying down the other 8.

I'm not trying to be sensitive, but in our information age, anyone should know better that bio-genetics should be considered as well as informing about societal impacts of capitalism and sociology. And no one should be blaming with victim-hood thinking, my point is no one should be bashing on anyone without offering serious elements to help someone succeed.

I try to help people understand choices and consequences, but I also respect the power of influence. Not even linking to a site on nutrition aid or obesity, that's shameful.

Eating so much, may have more to do with eating the right foods that are healthy, or what times of day food is better recommended to be eaten on a timed schedule. And exercising without proper moderation can be harmful, especially if a certified trainer is not involved, to help oversee any health risks. Don't be surprised that not many people know about this kind of stuff, because they just haven't simply been exposed to it, or do not know where to find this kind of information.

Anyway, I'm sure some people on this forum took a punch in their esteem just reading your insults and poor judgement, Op. Better luck next time at motivating the masses.
