Hey Mormons, stop pestering me.

It happened 3 times last week.. it's getting pretty annoying. I try my best not to be hostile to anyone.. but they leave me with no other option.

They start off by asking "Do you believe in Jesus?".. and they act surprised with an offended look on their face when I say "I don't". I am in Indian for FFS.. what do they expect?

I just go the easy way out.. by telling them I am an Atheist(which I think am not.. have not yet figured out that part yet).


STOP being preachy and let me live my life.. Even if I felt Jesus was my savior.. I would never in my wildest dreams choose to be a Mormon.

Then they came by for months giving me hand outs, which I immediately threw away. They weren't overly annoying, but just a pain to answer the door and stand there for 5 minutes on Saturday morning.

2 months ago they gave me their monthly handout like they always do and I said "To be honest, you can keep it. I won't be reading it anyway. I don't want to waste your materials". He said "Oh, I thought you read them all. I won't bother you anymore". I haven't seen them since.

Exploit their weakness - Jehovah's Witnesses and Mormons are kind and polite to a fault. If you just politely say you're not interested they probably won't bother you anymore. And you have to do that right away. Don't feel bad about interrupting them in the middle of their spiel, after all, they're the ones who are bothering you.

We have more of an issue with Jehovah's Witnesses. However, I solved it. Purchased a small little "No soliciting" sign that went on the front door.

Hey if you think that knocker will get them to stay away I've got news for you. Mormons are prolific breeders, you'll only encourage them. They are sneaky and persistent. I'm a jack Mormon and I've told them repeatedly that I don't want home teachers, but they keep sending them anyway. I finally resorted to yelling profanities at them and slamming the door in their face, so they made my ex-brother in law my home teacher. I actually like him, so throwing him out won't work. Very sneaky.
