Silly, Hezbollah is probably just there to establish diplomatic relations with Mexico's soon-to-be leadership, the drug cartels. As you know, Hezbollah's only goal is to overthrow Western backed puppets abroad, to eliminate the Zionist occupation of Arab land and to end oppression of innocent Shia in Sunni dictatorships.

If Mexico collapsed and we were to do that, we should just annex them and forget nation building (assuming their citizens agreed to it after a vote). That would solve the illegal immigration problem as they would all be US Citizens (with full voting rights and benefits), end the border problem as Mexican provinces would become US States with free travel privileges. Mexico's southern border is tiny by comparison, so if needed we can just go 38th parallel on it.If we were going to invade and "nation build" Mexico would have been a much, much better choice than Afghanistan.
