Long story short, I have a hickey, and I have work. I wasn't supposed to get one and my girlfriend thought it would've been cute anyway. Any ideas?

You could just burn yourself with a car lighter to cover it up. My neighbor did that once.

no amount of makeup will cover it up. it will just look like a poorly covered up hickey.

a hickey says you had a sex. if you are questioned about it just say the sex was awesome. that should one, make someone stop asking about it and two, make them jealous.

Well another issue I should've brought up is, that its a family owned business. My family actually, I'm a waiter, no long hair. I tried make up and turtle necks are quite deadly in August.

They are.

I hate to sound immature but my parents have no respect for my privacy or desires and I don't mean this in any teenage angst sort of way. They search my call logs, demands I call and tell them where I am twice to 4 times every time I go out with anybody. And they took away my car because they said it was a bad idea because they didn't know where i was going or what I was doing.
Where was I most of the time? At work or running errands with friends or helping with food shopping. I'm such a rebel.
All in all, they are my parents and I do love them, they just aren't too good at parenting.

edit: so any more ideas? I heard that you can "comb" them out. But that sounds very... painful and impractical.
