How high on your neck is said hickey? As a waiter, I'm assuming that you are under some sort of dress code. What if you lost your work shirt (whoops) and had to wear a different, button all the way up collared shirt? Without knowing your uniform or where it is I can't help much beyond that. Don't try to go "combing" it out or doing anything to your skin, it will just make it worse.

They are.

I hate to sound immature but my parents have no respect for my privacy or desires and I don't mean this in any teenage angst sort of way. They search my call logs, demands I call and tell them where I am twice to 4 times every time I go out with anybody. And they took away my car because they said it was a bad idea because they didn't know where i was going or what I was doing.
Where was I most of the time? At work or running errands with friends or helping with food shopping. I'm such a rebel.
All in all, they are my parents and I do love them, they just aren't too good at parenting.

edit: so any more ideas? I heard that you can "comb" them out. But that sounds very... painful and impractical.

Damn dude, that sucks. I've always just endured the gentle mockery.

I'd recommend giving your girlfriend a purple nurple next time you see her for repayment. It'll send her a clear message never to do it again.

You should just put a bandaid on your neck, make sure to soak it with some red liquid first though so nobody wants to look at your nasty wound. Tell 'em all you got bit by a vampire. Trust me, it works.

Yup. Get something cold on it ASAP, and then use a quarter or a spoon or a toothbrush and push the blood away. It'll turn it into a red mark (like when you get flushed) versus the popped blood vessel mess.
