Hi new member here..I walk an hr a day. Gym 5 times a week. 150 jumping jacks, 75 crunches, and plank for 6min daily. 1500cal with no more than 1500mg sodium, no more than 25g sat fat. And no more than 40g carbs. And blood pressure still 170/100. I have had hbp but got it under control with 1500cal and only 20min of walking. My question is why won't it lower with increased level of activity this go around?
