High gas. Packed roads.

Well, gas is high and still going up. But also seems more traffic than ever on the roads, at least around here. I dont think gas prices have had any impact on driving. I wonder how high it has to get before it does? If this keeps going, a year from now we'll be saying "gas is cheap over at that station, its $4.89 a gal. Better fill up"

Same around here. Though I've noticed some more people slowing it down from 80 into the 70 MPH range on the local highway.

I'm pretty sure that is the price that people in the UK pay now so it could possibly happen.

High taxes that piss their economy away. High prices at the pump over a sustained time will piss ours away too.
