Yes, there was some serious debris that blew the rear right tire of the car. I'm still not sure the car should have lost control completely like that. Would losing completely traction on the right make you veer off to that side? Hmm..

You can see the driver hanging out the window around 34 seconds in. Right before it rolls on top of him and the bus slams into the car. Not sure how you could survive that.

I am not so sure that was a 'normal' blowout. Look at the 30 sec mark and it appears that some pretty significant debris is in the road and the car drives over it and it actually pops the car off the ground and causes the blowout.

That's exactly what happens. the debris is most likely from a tire retread that had given way on another car.

Or even a slight jerk to the right when the back end bounced up. At highway speeds it doesn't take long to cross one lane and hit the guardrail.

had the bus driver stayed in his lane, the damage might have been less. He might have missed the car completely.

^ how could you say this? He slammed on the brake and tried to avoid the car. Which is what everyone would do when driving such a huge thing. If it was a normal car the stopping distance is much much less.

You could say if he did not apply the brake and changed lanes the car would just of hit the side of the buss and been better off.
