I have reason to believe there may be some kind of trojan or proxy on my PC. Can anyone tell me what they see here?

What is "C:\Users\Josh\Desktop\tokkun.exe"?

I didn't really see any trojans/malware on the logfile. Like Gary asked above I don't know what that 'tokkun.exe' is. Just in case you want to give your system a scan I suggest downloading Superantispyware or Malwarebytes and running a full system scan and see if they throw up anything.

Is your suspicion of an infection attributed to general slowness of the machine by any chance? I'd maybe start with disabling 80% of that 'bloat' from starting up at boot...then perhaps think about running CCleaner and a decent spyware scan.
