Hijackers. I found some Hijackers on my system

CTRL + ALT + DEL

kill the process. Run Spybot now.

Won't go away?

Start >> Run >> type "msconfig" and hit enter. Go to the startup tab, remove the process from start up, accept changes, restart, then run spybot.

Spybot should run a scan when you reboot, before any of them start up.

I believe Schadenfroh has information on adware/hijackers. Look at his signature for a great solution. (Personally, I went into the Registry to kill the adware)

Spoof a system level command prompt and remove it that way. It's running as system most likely and admin doesn't have permission.

hehehehe. i got it.

problem was, i wasn't on location. i was logged in TS. you can't get rid of spyware via TS.

i knew that but sometimes it's just so convenient to log in TS than to be there.
