lol you trolls crack me up saying bulldozer was a failure. benchmarks are shit for reading they are always different depending on hardware AMD is smart releasing more cores then threads. You people ever notice more and more games are being used by AMD for development? because they have all the extra space on there CPU to build better multi threaded games. (more details and clutter. lol) bulldozer was not meant for speeds. sure its 3.6Ghz but it was built for running immense multiple/multithreaded applications at the same time without the performance loss so you can understand why they weren't good at "benchmarks" and now that games and apps are being built more around AMD we can see optimized game play on multi threaded cpu's (i personal would pick more cores over threads because of the fact i have so much breathing room without having to worry about switching Core Affinities) and hyper transport is just like hyper threading except it has more bandwidth cross the cpu for information to be processed.
Read the ones posted by fatamericaplease the AMD - 4320 4.0Ghz stock quad core beats any intel quad right now lol silly little noobs
