Certainly not because he's a rabid leftist. Doing a bit of looking around, you can find letters to the editor he's written. He's definately a BDS suffering leftist.

I find it a bit funny that hillary is getting defended here. Certainly if this had happened to a (R) it would have been heralded as paranoia by the same folks.... not surprising though...

if it happened to a (R), I'd probably be amazed that someone slipped through the traps and tests setup to filter out anyone who isn't a loyal bushie.

This exchange illustrates one of Hillary?s biggest problems; she is NOT a good campaigner.
She has one of the most tightly controlled campaigns of any candidate in history. Her events are staged, her questions are most likely staged and her answers are staged. The press has complained for months that their access to Hillary is so limited and so controlled.

This exchange shows why. Ask Hillary a question she doesn?t want to hear and watch her response.

A few more tough questions and she?ll start to complain about a ?right wing conspiracy.?

This was actually a pretty interesting story, but I think you took it a couple steps too far.

You're mind reading skills notwithstanding, surely there must be an example of this done to a righty so we can see if you're right. I mean, Republicans DO face non-screened, sometimes adversarial crowds all the time, right?

Heehee, I know you're new here so I'll keep it short and concise - exercise the search function in these forums a bit and you'll find that whatever credibility he had went down the crapper a long, loooong time ago.

You have your sounds confused therefore; you're not hearing any sucking, what you're hearing is his typical partisan bleating that is bubbling up from the septic tank.

As for the story, I grudgingly admit Hillary handled herself well. But at least it's humorous to hear all the bushbots getting uppity about it, what with their leaders pussy penchant for only fielding pre-screened individuals and questions.

I have no idea how threads are rated, I've never rated one in my life, I notice the yellow circles and all cause I'm not blind, or that blind, and I pay them not the slightest attention other than to wonder what they are supposed to signify. How you are rated, or how others rate your threads is something important to people who get their self respect externally. That is what vacuum cleaners that suck off other vacuum cleaners do, no? See that everything you were made to feel about yourself before you were able to stand on your own two feet was a complete and total lie. Then you won't care who bashes who other than to know that they do so only from self hate. Don't be mad at bashers. They are very sad. We bash to prop up our inferior feeling egos. Inferiority is arrogance spelled backward.

I imagine that's why you bash so consistently, since you seem to imagine yourself to be a projection of eveyone else. To attempt to cure that problem I would suggest that you attach your vacuum to your inferiority and turn it on high.

You claimed this story showed that Hilary had problems. Instead, it shows that those who observed the exchanged thought Hilary did a good job. Only one person we know of was disgruntled.

In other words, you are having difficulty distinguishing reality from fantasy.

Also, please explain how this exchange demonstrates that "she is trying to be all things to all people and got called on it." The questioner never used those words or stated or implied anything remotely like that. The only thing he said was, ""She tried to ... accuse me of using someone else's words and being stupid. And that offended me. I felt the need to defend myself in view of that kind of comment."

What Hillary encountered is the a member of the far left, the looney left. There are quite a few of the far left who think they drive the party, in some cases they are correct. They are rabidly anti-war and see any declaration of terrorist organization as a step towards war; with Bush thats probably true.

The problem is, she needs to tell the people the truth. The world sucks. These types of things are true and just asking for a candidate to lie to you or believe in the tooth fairy does not get you a good President in the end.

It did show her temper. I do believe that she is more used to staged appearances and as she gets more of these she is going to have to work on her "famous" temper. Will be interesting to see

Given her reaction to this guy, shouldn't this be a huge point in her favor with you people? After all, you're constantly complaining about "the far left" controlling the Democratic party. What better candidate for office then if she has this kind of reaction to far left talking points? Or let me guess, that was just a convenient attack on the Democrats...when it doesn't work for a particular candidate, that's not a good thing, it just means it time to move on to something else.

Its nice to see Shivetya admit here frustration with---It did show her temper. I do believe that she is more used to staged appearances and as she gets more of these she is going to have to work on her "famous" temper. Will be interesting to see

Which is an admission that this is a pointless thread. You did not see her temper. And as this prolonged campaign runs it course every candidate will be tested again, and again. This will be worthy of forum space only after a given candidate loose their cool. Until then, keep salivating, watching you droll is amusing. Maybe curses foiled again would be more accurate.

Hillary is just showing her true colors. When she isn't on a focus-group polling based Sunday Talk Show Marathon, she comes across precisely as she really is: cold, calculating, and cruel. She's about as charismatic as a pig and that might be an understatement.

Perhaps the reason she thought the old man was a "plant" was because her campaign does exactly that. It's a favorite tactic of the Clinton machine.

She may fool the sheeple in the northeast but she's gonna get her ass handed to her elsewhere.

Pabster sez---She may fool the sheeple in the northeast but she's gonna get her ass handed to her elsewhere.

Not according to the national polls. But I guess you just make up facts as you go. She may be up in the polls now and some unknown event will discredit her, but if you think the incident cited in this thread will rise to that level, you are grasping at straws.

And Hillary isn't even my favorite candidate.

Rolph asked Clinton to explain her Senate vote Wednesday for a resolution urging the Bush administration to label the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps a terrorist organization.

She offered a detailed description of the resolution, which she said stressed robust diplomacy that could lead to imposing sanctions against Iran

Anybody notice the absurdity of her response etc. Did it get lost in a discussion of *style* (how she responded to a percieved hostile question)?

What about the *substance* of her response?

She claims to have voted to label the IRG Corp as a terrorist org to foster a "robust diplomacy"? Are you fuggin kidding me? hahahah

Yeah, not much different than GWB labeling them "Axis of Evil" to foster robust diplomacy.

Same language the 74 other senators used in describing their vote. And diplomacy is a game of persuasion. Iran will take more seriously an American diplomat's words/threats when 75% of Congress votes together than if they split 50/50, no? 50/50 says the country is divided, 75% says, we have strong consensus.

What I am saying is that she should expect more attacks as she continues to move to the center and even to the right on some issues. The moveon left is merciless, they have lambasted many a Democrat who "dared" to stray from the line moveon wants.

As I said, it will be interesting to see how well she handles it.
