I agree. I do believe she did not exercise due diligence, but that is not a basis for criminal charges. What we really need to do is drop everything (not just Hillary's nonsense) and focus on systematic changes in the political and representative situation as a whole to prevent more candidates like them from owning the system. That means more than finance reform, but opening elections to more choices that have a chance. I'm thinking public funding which provides opportunity for new entries into the marketplace of politics. It won't be easy because both sides will oppose it, but it needs to happen.
