Jail, no. But I would like to see her brought up on charges and face those charges. If Trump is serious about draining the swamp there has to be an example made to show he's serious. She'll be it.

Do you get emotionally invested in this through the internet, eg breitbart? Do your parents know what you do online?
The same could be asked of you. Without a doubt you're emotionally invested in what's posted in this forum. Do your parents know you have an obsession in politics and spend untold hours posting in here?

I do this because it's fun to commentate on your sort, though I suppose I have more skin in the game than most given some business involving Trumps's second favorite country to bring up. Rather interesting this is coming from someone with quite a history here and not much to show for it.

I do enjoy your sort trying to explain how great they are, you have a lot in common with Trump. Truth be known you most likely voted for him.

Knowing how things work and such is actually pretty great, it's what separates us from lesser creatures, and people in that position don't exactly vote trump for that reason.

First, Trump gives no fucks he won. Second Congress gives no fucks she lost. Third now there is zero reason why Obama wouldn't issue a pardon.

Yup. According to this video it was done with intent: https://youtu.be/v1yTYR3isi8?t=386

Also American intelligence agents lost their lives because of the information she leaked.

At the 8:36 mark in that video:
...That shows a willingness to expose national security secrets to a non-secure venue. That shows intent and again espionage, the failure to secure state secrets.

At the 9:14 point in that video:
Some of the state secrets that she revealed used the proper true names of American intelligence agents operating undercover in the middle east. When they lost their covers they ran for their lives and some of them didn't run fast enough and lost their lives.

See Nixon
Well I guess that possibility exists. If Hillary, for the first time in her life is willing to admit that she broke the law by accepting a pardon, I will be surprised. The 'I'm blameless' gene has dominated her entire life. Her public life for sure and I suspect it was a carryover from her childhood. She's oh so much more than the "congenital liar" William Safire tagged her with.

Imagining the machinations that would go on in Obama's head that a Hillary pardon and it's possible effect on his legacy brings a smile to my face. We may just see if party trumps ego.

Since he won without contest, I think it would be bad for his image to go forward with that. His acceptance speech spoke positively of Clinton and tried a general unification thing, which I won't say seemed especially genuine in light of all the personal attacks before, but certainly more so than his previous attempts at reaching the Sanders crowd and such. The Repubs can create their own personal investigative committee but I think Trump would be big league dumb to try and lead that if he's trying to recreate himself as the next Teddy or Ike, which I think he is. I don't think he's loyal or passive enough to be a Republican plaything just because he won with their title. It's all about his ego and brand. His hardcore supporters will forget about HRC and any promises of a special prosecutor if he holds to his pledge on trying for the wall and general infrastructure/jerbs.

If I'm wrong and he does make it a big priority, then it shows he's as petty and vindictive as everyone says he is, and I think four years of that will scare people.

I think he will do something about it, but nothing will actually happen to Hillary.

She hasn't done anything to warrant charges. She won't be going to jail.
Yes she has, but to paraphrase 'Big Jim' Comey, the DOJ wasn't going to pursue it and for purely political reasons that are obvious to anyone paying even a little bit of attention. A new regime means new goals, new pursuits.

The whole point of all that crap was to keep her from being elected it worked. There no longer is reason to pursue it any longer.

They didn't pursue it because there was nothing to pursue.

What we will see IMO is that obama does NOT preemptively pardon her. And so the clinton foundation investigation can now carry on. Will comey screw us again? Probably, but he may not. She may be legitimately facing some legal problems here.

It's all gravy. I see the election last night as doing something the DOJ never was going to do because they are too politically corrupt to ever do it.

Even though in comey's own words if somebody else did the same thing they may face charges?

The email issue unfortunately is past us even though she acted with gross negligence. We'll just have to see if clinton foundation pans out.

IMO if comey's 11 day out announcement was enough to push trump over the edge (arguably it wasn't, it's hard to know), then I'm okay with it. Her biggest loss was losing once and for all the oval office. Charged by the DOJ was always an outside bet because the fbi and doj are both run by appointees of a guy who endorsed hillary. All corrupt.

Drain the swamp.
