When work that use to pay #20/hr and was performed in factories that were regulated by OSHA for safety and the EPA for pollution is now being done with labor at $1/hr in factories with little or no safety controls and spewing enormously more pollution -- THAT IS DEVALUATION OF LABOR/PEOPLE!

Brian

Not for the guy getting $1/ instead of nothing. There's probably a way for us to get the other $19/hr we lost, or part of it, but that would involve icky taxes & redistribution of income, what we used to do with icky trade restrictions & very icky unions. Can't have that, cuz Freedom & shit.

As bad as Obama been gett'in "the royal treatment" from the Repubs for over 7 years, I get the feeling Hillary is gonna get it much worse if she wins in November, but I think she'll still accomplish a bit more than Obama has/will.

Her saving grace is if the Dems take back the Senate by a hefty margin so she she can start filling the Supreme Court bullpen with moderates of the pragmatic kind.

Her first term will flesh out what rhetoric she really meant and what was pure BS. I really do hope she is serious about righting some wrongs in reference to those nasty trade agreements that's been hurting the working class.

Dude, you HAVE to be joking. Hillary is serious about getting mo' power to Hillary, mo' big money donations to the Clinton Family Foundation, and mo' eternal power to the Democrat Party, in that order. You cannot possibly believe that she's going to do a damned thing for you against the huge corporations AND the Chinese government that has supported the Clintons for so long. Sheesh, you might as well hope Ted Cruz is serious about implementing more affirmative action and religious freedom for Muslims.

FBI under a Republican head looked at it and found it to be a giant nothing-burger.

You have to understand that Clinton was able to pay everyone off and that the GOP who has made it their primary mission to destroy her and Obama the past 10 years were not able to pay off their own guy.

You should read the FBI directors statements, the emails are a "thing". It looks like when Hillary is elected that a few of her top aids won't get security clearance because of it.

C'mon... everyone knows now that people in higher positions of power get a pass regardless. You can thank Gerald Ford for pardoning Nixon for that.....

but my point stands... republicans cry wolf for 25 years and now there is a "thing" (if you will) and it looks like more crying wolf.

So yeah good luck with that.

isn't the President the ultimate authority in granting clearance?

I think we should review the charges against Edward Snowden....

Since by the same standards FBI director applied to Senator Clinton no charges should've been filed against him either.....

Any timeline on when we will see the massive revolt in the FBI?

You can't possibly think there is going to be so mass exodus of Gov workers leaving the Gov tit knowing that Billary is going to be the next POTUS, right? And ruin their careers on top of that? LOL...No...

Marine will use Hillary's case as his defense - https://www.washingtonpost.com/news...-information-will-cite-hillary-clintons-case/

"All animals are equal but some animals are more equal than others" (Animals Farm)

What a bullshit conflation of the issues & military vs civilian protocols.

First off, the Marine isn't facing prosecution but rather suing the corps to remove a black mark from his record. It's not analogous to Clinton's situation at all. Well, unless Clinton sues the govt to have Comey's remarks about negligence sent down the memory hole.

Beyond that, he exceeded his authority of just doing his job with the email which turns out to have been of no benefit whatsoever, apparently. That's not true of the SoS.

how are the situations remotely comparable?

Clinton was careless and stupid, but Snowden deliberately and purposefully gave classified intel over to a journalist with full intentions for it to be published openly.

Generally no, but in Hillary's case I assume she would simply order that they be given clearance, it's pretty clear that she has little regard for security, other than her own.

It's difficult for me to have an unbiased opinion about Hillary, as I don't trust her. I don't trust that she has the nations best interests at heart. It seems that everything she's involved in has a cloud of doubt hanging over it. Her words and actions are often at odds.
It disappoints me that she's going to be the next president. My hope is that she's a better person than I give her credit for.

Obvious trolling.

Nope.

https://www.fbi.gov/news/pressrel/p...lary-clintons-use-of-a-personal-e-mail-system

In looking back at our investigations into mishandling or removal of classified information, we cannot find a case that would support bringing criminal charges on these facts. All the cases prosecuted involved some combination of: clearly intentional and willful mishandling of classified information; or vast quantities of materials exposed in such a way as to support an inference of intentional misconduct; or indications of disloyalty to the United States; or efforts to obstruct justice. We do not see those things here.

Edward Snowden didn't just put everything online he had it handled in such a way that it was vetted before being printed.
His motives were loyalty to the citizens whose bill of rights were being abused by their Government. He was not disloyal.
His whistle-blowing was for justice in exposing those 4th amendment rights abuses perpetrated on a mostly unsuspecting populace by elected officials.

Now you may think Edward Snowden was misguided but under those criteria of why the Director Comey didn't recommend an indictment against Hillary... Snowden's charges should be re-examined.
