Yet you seem convinced that she is without guilt. How are you any different than those who presume guilt?

I'll believe she's guilty when it's proven in a court of law.

This is just another version of Benghazi or Vince Foster afaict. When partisan media manipulators bark others join in for no reason other than they heard barking.

PAPER: Hillary EmailGate Goes Nuclear...
Blumenthal Access to NSA Reports?

It appears information that should have been redacted, was not.
And it shows a rather curious piece of info from a person without clearance.
Ready your excuses gentlemen, Sudan hits like a truck.
But again, not even the D.C. Pubbies really want her charged. For one thing, it takes away a valuable line of attack in the general. More importantly, if the little people topple one elite for this behavior, they might be motivated to try them next.

She's getting hammered from a whole lot of directions lately. Not just her, Slick Willy is too along with her defense of him in light of a statement she made to sexual assault victims; "You have the right to be heard, you have the right to be believed". Considering the smear campaigns she spearheaded against several of the numerous victims of her husbands predatory sexual behavior, that was truly a dumb statement for her to make. His victims are not sitting by the sidelines either, they are being very vocal about his behavior and there are rumblings of more of his victims coming forward.

The Foundation is being looked at closely as it should be. Her health is coming back into question. Her email problems are growing in intensity. The press has finally, after several decades, grown weary of defending the Queen and when she's lost the press, it's all but over.

The world the Clinton's have created for themselves is crashing down around them. They are to blame and I have no sympathy whatsoever. The swamp needed to be drained. It's nice to see that the level has gotten high enough to spill over the banks. Maybe we'll see it actually drained at some point.

As I've said, I feel she should be charged. I have seen enough to believe that she has brought at least that much upon herself. Whether there is enough to convict her is another matter. I'm sure that the political class looking out for the political class will keep her from actually being charged and from serving any time but it doesn't matter. Just charging her would be enough to send a ripple through the political community. A ripple that is very much needed. Not enough, but something anyway.

I said many, many months ago that I thought she'd take a deal and drop out. I think that deal is before her if she's smart enough to recognize it's sitting right in her lap. She still holds some cards. She could drop out tomorrow if she wanted to citing health issues and I believe all the bad juju would be made to just magically evaporate. But, we will never know what is going on behind the scenes, we can only conjecture.

A recent polling showed that 20% of Democrat voters would vote for Trump. November is a long way's away. Anything can happen between now and then. But it's time for the rein of the Clinton's and the Bush's to end.
I might agree except the Dems only have that cranky old Socialist in the wings. No way the media wing of the Democrat Party turns on Hillary in this situation. But I certainly agree that it's time for the reign of the Clintons and the Bushes to end.

Polls at this point mean very little. If you were to ask GOP insiders who they would prefer to be the candidate (hildabeast or other), I'm guessing they'd pick "other". Nobody has the enormous warchest hildabeast has, with the loyal following of lefty idiots, feminists and the media in the bag. Bernie is more likeable for sure, but doesn't have all those things going for him.
Bernie is also less likely to be destructive of America is elected. Their own chance of attaining power is no doubt at the top, but the effect of losing must also be considered.

"With more damming information being released almost weekly now, it’s interesting that during last Sunday’s Democratic debate, Clinton resoundingly stated: “No one is too big for jail.” Although the context was referencing bank CEOs and Hedge fund managers, the obvious correlation left many scratching their heads and wondering—did Hillary Clinton just say, “I dare you” to the FBI?"

In curious, what new facts were presented in that article? Was the writers use of the words "undeniably", "damming", what convinced you that the information being presented was fact?

I'm curious. Were the writers use of the words "undeniably", "damming", what convinced you that the information being presented was ficticious?

I think it's so sad that a certain group of conservatives (So Called) are spending all of their time digging for nothing.

--Bill Clinton is a rapist and should go to jail.
--Obama is not a citizen and shouldn't be president
--Obama is going to take away our guns
--Hillary caused the death of our ambassador in Bengazi
--Hillary shared Classified data in email

Blah, Blah, Blah.

Why don't they talk about:

The true inequities of society and how the government can help to fix them.
The rise in power of big business and it's power to manipulate the press, and markets
The need to better healthcare and controlled costs
how we can make the country better for everyone
How we fix our aging infrastructure...

etc....

Just look at the people here and how excited they get on these non issues. That's the GOP base now, they pander to them because it works, it's how they get reelected.

I must have missed the news.

Yep. more than 60 days later and she's still 'free to go'.

Some of the righties here must go to one of those 'end of the world' churches so common in the bible belt.

She did act stupidly and did endanger national security but she will not be prosecuted nor will it have any significant effect on her bid for the nomination.

At this point the big money types, even the ones that pour most of there money into Republicans, are just about at the point where they'll quietly be sending her even more money. The 0.001%ers may be more comfortable with R's in general, but they tend to prefer the insider R types that have been on the reverse dole to them for decades as they have a track record of doing what they want.

The leading candidates from the R's this go-round are not what they are used to and the big money types may well decide a bought and paid for D in Clinton is preferable to the lunatic fringe at the top of the R ticket.

And what's your point? The D's tend to be more responsible with the management of the economy but are still signing into law trade deals that screw the middle class.

So, how do you want your death -- fast or slow?

Keep telling them ad nauseam that they have a brain defect? This isn't working?

Fully aware of that... There is no known cure. But they say the truth can set you free. And at least I get to say what I see.

I do note that racist bigots take a lot of flack and I believe racism is on the decline, so you never know. Maybe some will tire of being detective.

That's cute that you named your cellphone Hillary but you should probably be charging it more often than every 2 months.

The Hillary email scandal, that the FBI has been investigating, is apparently reaching a tipping point.

"I believe that the evidence that the FBI is compiling will be so compelling that, unless [Lynch] agrees to the charges, there will be a massive revolt inside the FBI, which she will not be able to survive as an attorney general. It will be like Watergate. It will be unbelievable," DiGenova said.

There are a lot of stupid people in this thread. Not because they don't think Hillary will be indicted. Which she will because they have to otherwise it'll be a gross Injustice. But it seems a lot of people think Hillary isn't guilty. General Petraeus did a far lesser crime and they threw the book at him. I call bull shit.

Uhmmm, Petraeus committed a far greater crime than anything that has even been alleged of Hillary in relation to this.

You have to be the dumbest person I have seen post in P&N yet. It boggles the mind how people like you think. No common sense once so ever. Do you even stay current with the news? General Petraeus had a notepad in his desk drawer. Hillary? She had a massive amount of classified E-mails on her own private server of which are so secret that not even the damn FBI can read them. Never mind the second part of the investigation into the Clinton fund BS.

I often wonder how much Intel was obtained by the Chinese and Russians. No way that E-mail server was secured enough to prevent a hack.

Someone is projecting again.

It's "whatsoever" not "once so ever"
