To be open to the points of others, to share your own points, and to reply back and forth beyond just raising a topic. That's the heart of an honest discussion, but it is not something all posters take the time to engage in and certainly not seen in this topic.

Yep, there was a small group of HRC supporters improperly showing their partisanship while registering people to vote in Nevada. They shouldn't have done that. It's obviously not fraud.

The OP seems to believe that posting a photoshopped picture with words on it or a wall of links to youtube videos is somehow actual evidence of anything. He hardly ever posts any kind of comment of his own unless its to say the MSM media is bad immediately followed by a picture.

The mostly likely statute law regarding it per a list of US laws is the following:

0. A county clerk, field registrar, employee of a voter registration agency or person assisting a voter pursuant to subsection 13 of NRS 293.5235 shall not:

(a) Solicit a vote for or against a particular question or candidate;

(b) Speak to a voter on the subject of marking his or her ballot for or against a particular question or candidate; or

(c) Distribute any petition or other material concerning a candidate or question which will be on the ballot for the ensuing election,

Strictly speaking they stated they would register both republicans and democrats even though they have the anti trump poster on the back. Without additional information it can not be stated they were directly soliciting individuals one way or the other, the only person actively trying to solicit anything in the clip was the person recording the clip. The law has little to do with personal bias and a lot to do with their actual actions which a piece of paper likely is not.

If there was active solicitation one way or the other it would be illegal but still not fraud.

That is also in accordance to the following:

8. A field registrar, employee of a voter registration agency or person assisting a voter pursuant to subsection 13 of NRS 293.5235 shall not:

(a) Delegate any of his or her duties to another person; or

(b) Refuse to register a person on account of that person s political party affiliation.

Of note if he would have been given materials to register they would have very likely been in violation of the following:

12. A county clerk, field registrar, employee of a voter registration agency or person assisting a voter pursuant to subsection 13 of NRS 293.5235 shall not:

(a) Knowingly register a person who is not a qualified elector or a person who has filed a false or misleading application to register to vote; or

(b) Register a person who fails to provide satisfactory proof of identification and the address at which the person actually resides.
