Ok,

It's fairly reasonable to assume at this point that Hillary is going to bow out and the DNC is going to have to select a backup to run for president. Several weeks of solid rest and recovery is going to tank the Democratic campaign. It's the best thing for the party and it's the best thing for her health.

No...it won't be Tim Kaine. I'm going to place my bets and say that Bernie gets the nomination. Bernie has the energy and the votes...and the stuff to take on Trump.

Is it the best choice? I would just say it is the most logical.

What do you think?

I honestly think she will take some time off, come back out after a week or so, and take care of business. Bernie had my primary vote, and I think he'd be doing much better against drumpf, but we have hillary and gotta make the best of it.
Way too late to change horses in this race, voluntarily anyway.

I think you don't know what the fuck you're talking about, to be honest.

Silly thread is silly. Hillary killed Vince Foster and Ambassador Stevens in her bloody climb to the Oval Office but now she is going to let a bout of pneumonia turn her back? Fantastical fantasies should always be internally consistent.

Not in the minds of fanatics. It's a "Kill for Jesus!" thing.

Time will tell..but the facts remain. Hillary is in no condition to debate, no condition to campaign. She is only in condition to lay in bed and rest.

The real test is whether or not she can make the debate on 9/26. I don't think she will. Someone with as much drive as her will not stop and she will not rest. I think she will have a very long road to recovery, which in my opinion means serious issues the DNC will have to make right now vs. gamble later and lose to the worst republican candidate I can ever remember.

She drains the blood and bank accounts of innocent Republican trust-fund children, cackling maniacally as she wipes her blood-smeared maw with the tattered remains of once proud American flags.

She is to be hysterically feared when she isn't being concern-troll pitied and demeaned. Await further instructions on your idiot Uncle's Facebook page.

Fairly reasonable? Not even close.

I don't know who would replace her in this hypothetical scenario, but if it's anyone other than Bernie I'm sure we'll have to live through all the BernieBro butthurt/conspiracy theory bullshit all over again.

Take the time to fully recover, and you sacrifice ground to Trump. Don't take the time to fully recover, and you risk another incident like today.

Biden/Warren or Kaine/Warren

I don't think Trump can gain enough ground to actually win under any circumstances.

He's very much a protest candidate. It's like Repub primary voters took a look at the stable of nags set out by their leadership & said "Screw it! Might as well go out in a blaze of Glory!"

It's like the Republicans have chosen The Donald to be their "Vote for the Worst" candidate...

I can only think Bernie too (I was a big supporter). I'm pretty sure Hillary is only going to bow out if she absolutely has to.

Not as fantastical as you might think. If she chooses to cough and faint her way through the next two months, putting her own pride and hubris over the country, then she won't be doing her party or her country any favors. But it is entirely possible she will continue to engage in poor judgement and bad decisions for the sake of her own ego and ambition. It would be nice if Bernie took her place, but the country and culture is too sick and too deplorable to let that happen I fear.

Trump won't win regardless. She can kick back and get well. She should probably bow out but we know that lust for power isn't something u can just get rid of. She will have all the rich people doctors around here and it will be the best it can be.

She's done.

Cancelled visits this week. Presidental debates in 2 weeks. It's not looking good. Put a fork in her.

Get on your knees. It's time for master Trump to lead us into the dark ages.
