Yeah I have not had any problems with Outpost rebates either... I have bought at least a half a dozen HD's at great prices after significant rebates... so far so good... I have just requested my RMA for the DOA unit I received Monday... Their return system seems fairly straight forward... You must repurchase the item if you want a replacement. I did, since the rebates as still in effect. Even though the price of the drive has gone up $5, they took my order for same price I paid right over the phone, then immediately emailed me my order. They have promised me that if I fax or snail mail my return shipping receipt, they will refund my CC for the return shipping amount.
