The coupon seems to work fine on multiple drives. I picked up 4 and it took $20 off each of them. I know its only 32mb cache but they will be perfect for the Intel NAS that I picked up a while back from here.

Yea looks like its a bit cheaper from Frys but if you need more then two (and have no friends) I guess you could get the extras from Newegg .

Not sure if people abuse their drives or if only the 10 people who get bad drives out of hundreds or thousands shipped are the vocal ones..I've got two that are just fine and just ordered a third today. Probably have another 6 of the hitachi 1TB drives and none were DOA or have died (well one did but that was hardly Hitachi's fault).

If you buy two you save a few bucks more, my shipping didn't change going from one to two drives. Also, the drives from Frys are retail which I'd generally trust more than Newegg shipping OEM drives.

The speed of capacity expansion can't keep up with the market... I remember when 80GB hard drive were the largest available... for big money.
