**Update**
I called Brother Tech support. Had to hold myabe 10-15 minutes. I explained the matter and he says pretty fast your toner is bad in both printer! So I explain to him I havnt printed very many pages with either! He said they have 3 months warrenty. So then I explain to him for example lets say I have it 1 full year and print only 100 pages. Should the toner be bad? He says NO it shouldnt My point was regurdless of the warrenty if I havnt printed very many pages how could it go bad!?
Then offers to sell me 2 toners with a 10% discount plus free shipping! ($107.00) Im like well I dont really want to buy new toners if Im only going to get 250 Pages from it. He said you should ge much more then that and if the toner cart dont take care of the problem I would get my money back or make it right for me. I asked could the Drum be bad and he said NO WAY! So I havnt even priced the toner cart so I didnt know if $107.00 was good deal or not but said sure send me 2 because I needed them and if he garenteed them to work and fix the black blimishs Id go ahead and buy two. So he takes down my info and Im telling him how much I bragged on them when I first got it and how I thought I was let down. He nicely applogized and said this is the best deal he could give me and garenteed it to fix my problem.
So I hang up and thought...well for $107.00 If I can get them both working properly again and last a year I'll just buy another brand later but having two printers printing poorly I need to get them fixed if possable.
10 minutes later he calls me back and said he talked to his manager and is sending not 2 but 3 toners to me for "FREE"!!
I said 3? He said yea, but I only need 2? He said well were going to send 3! I said ok cool!
Shipping today and will arrive the begining of next week! I kindly thanked him and said that was great!
So I havnt received them yet so we shall soon find out if the toners will fix my 2 HL-Brother printers. I will say this; that was great "Customer Service" on Borthers part if In deed they dont charge my card and I get 2 new toners!!!!
