did that. changed it to like 100. didnt do anything. it got so bad that i stopped playing the game altogether

don't worry, I get violently ill playing HL2 also. I have changed the FOV also. I just don't understand it. I can play CS:S for HOURS. But HL2.... 20 mins and I want to throw up. (I think I'm only 20% through the game and I've just stopped playing).

yeh, im in the same boat. i dont understand why cs:s is ok, but the regular game is not.
