About six or eight years ago, a college player did something similar during a game. He was behind the net, scooped the puck onto his stick, then sort of "slam dunked" it into the net.

heh - I knew it was someone playing for Michigan at the time too. I thought there was another clip of a guy doing it from the other side too, for some reason I thought it was a Michigan player in the navy blue jerseys.

Oh yeah that one is the bomb though - esp. b/c he did it during a game. BUT IF HE WOULD HAVE MISSED... and the puck came out of the zone or they were scored on in the ensuing play, forget it... he'd be benched! To do that during a game, that's just WOW! Takes nads.

I can do that on both the forehand and backhand, but have never thought of starting out with it between my legs. I have got to try that, nice vid op!

hey np. it's pretty fun to mess around cradling the puck, even to see how many times you can flip your stick without losing it. i have hands of concrete, but i can use the 'ole flip-the-puck-three-feet-up trick while in mid-flight, and it usually ends up behind the defender or easily accessible once you get past him. it's pretty useless unless you're playing pickup though. anyone tries that in a contact game... ehheh. laid out!

playin pickup tonight. only 2 weeks left. man oh man here comes golf. omg!!

I wish I could smell golf season in the air, but with still about two feet of snow in my back yard and more on the way I don't think it will be here anytime soon .

seriously. it was almost 50 here today. i saw a robin too, first one so far this year.

alas, it's supposed to dip back down into the freezing temps tonight and will be a "sloppy" commute tomorrow AM. b!tch d'enfants!
