The place I consult at purchase their software. The license key doesn't work. So to ask questions about that you need support contract or pay per incident. Without either one, they wont answer questions about the license key.
Fine, they bought the support, yesterday. I called today asking about it. The support isn't in the system yet, if the agent on the phone puts it in manually, they would have to charge me to put the support in.
WTF is that ? its like at a bank when you want to take out money, you need to pay the teller to take your money out..
I would never recommend them, anyone know if quickbooks is the same way ?
