Wow, dude. I can hardly tell that the before and after pics are of the same person! Great work! I took on a similar challenge last year only on a smaller scale. I'm about your height and this time last year I weighed about 230 lbs. I had tried to drop weight unsuccessfully many times but always failed mainly because I was lazy and afraid to sweat But when my 40 inch waist pants started getting tighter than was comfortable I knew it was time for a change. Once I finally got over my aversion to exercise and learned to control my portion size, the weight fell off pretty easily. Today I'm down to 180 lbs. Now the thing is maintaining those lifestyle adjustments so as to never go back where I came from. It wasn't easy and you had a lot more to loose than I did so major props to you man. Keep it up! The funny thing is how many people at work wanted to know how I did it as if they were hoping for some magic method that would make it easy. . .it was funny to watch them cringe when I mentioned the word "exercise" LOL. What it ultimately comes down to is do you want it bad enough or don't you? If somebody wants something bad enough they will do what it takes to make it happen. Congrats to you, man. For being a guy who knows what he wants and being willing to throw away the excuses and commit to what it takes to make it real.
