holy crap, I'm overweight

for the first time since I was like 10-11, I'm not obese :shocked:

clocked in this morning with a bmi of 29.7, down from my high of 59.1

also discovered that I can fit the entire lower half of my body inside one leg of an old pair of pajamas. :thumbsup:

she's overweight. thus the whole passive aggressive thing... While BMI isn't always the best measure of overweight, Dang, 59. That's got to be unhealthy. Even if it were pure muscle. I cost around 18 , I know. Underweight.

Congrats man. I'm down from 240 to 195 myself (5'11). I still want to get to 175, but honestly, I'd be happy where I am as long as I never go back up.

And yeah, it's fun putting on the old clothes

Nice job! I noticed the opposite, I've always been skinny and had trouble to gain weight. Finally, recently I've been gaining, now I have to start watching so i don't go overboard... lol
