I'm in the same boat here. In my youth I could eat 500 poutines per day and still be skinny as hell. Now, in the past few months I have noticed my pants getting tighter thanks to call center job and declining eating and drinking habits.

Thankfully, I am not afraid of exercise.

oops.. Congrats OP! Keep it up... Now that you see the difference, you'll surely be even more motivated.

I used my friend's wii fit recently it had been 444 days since i was weighed.

+17 lbs. BMI of 25 something. Got some work to do.

It's not a coincidence that 444 days ago was about 2 weeks after my met my SO (that I still date).

Congrats OP! I went from 215 to 165 (I'm 5'11.5"-6'0") since March this year and I'm loving it. No way I'll go back to being overweight. Keep it up, it will only get better. Next step is start exercising more if you do not already.

congrats, i was like 220 at my heaviest, i was a fatass at 5'10.. down to 176 last time i weighed myself.. still a little bit of poofiness i wanna get rid of, but i can actually see my muscles now, and i look good again without a shirt on, its great...

Yea I was 180 when I first met my wife, now I'm 217. Ouch. I've been workin the EA Sports Active and the Golds Gym Cardio kick boxing lately though, trying to get back down.

I would like to know as well, since it's something I'm concerned about. I've been getting real vitamin E in my almonds, stimulating my skin with an oat bar of soap, and lightly pummicing once in a while. At 28 I should be ok but am a bit concerned. I have about another 100 pounds to go and should get there by next year.

Haha my first job was at the help desk and that's how I started to gain weight slowly. Usually too busy to actually take lunch so we'd order out all the time. Pizza, poutine, burgers, donuts...

Good job. I could not imagine seeing myself weighing 400lbs. When I hit 200lbs I start 'under eating' (which I'm sure is the actual ammt I should be eating daily).

I don't know if it's genetics or age, but it hasn't really been a major problem... there are certain spots that probably aren't as tight as they should be (namely my thighs and upper arms) but it's nothing compared to some of the stuff you see on documentaries and stuff.

I just got a treadmill yesterday and I love it. Hopefully I can trim down from 215 to around 155 or so. Will eventually post pics in the Health & Fitness forum. But not for a few months.

I set the sucker up right in front of the TV. Now I can watch MASH nonstop and excercise at the same time. When I get done with that I have all the Futuramas, Seinfelds, Frasiers, Threes Company's, and Wings. Did an hour today while watching the blu-ray Bladerunner. Good stuff. With a mental distraction I can go much longer than normal. Hopefully it will keep me from getting tired of the sucker after a month (like most folks).

per BMI, which is a flawed measurement but whatever, my chart tracks it, I've gone from obese to overweight.
