what kind of changes did u make in your lifestyle?
I eat a lot less (and exercise more, though not at first... I had to get down to a weight where I could walk a few blocks without getting exhausted or ride a bike without worrying about the weight cap). I've been working with a doctor and nutritionist and average like 1K calories/day, though I have to go in for blood work every couple months to make sure I'm not malnourished, developing vitamin deficiencies, etc
I got fast food for lunch today... small chili from wendy's. a couple years ago, a fast food lunch would have been like 2 whoppers, fries, and a coke.
That's amazing. Are there any particular foods or nutrients you have to be careful to get enough of?
Where did you find the nutritionist? Referral from your primary care physician?
