So my daughter had a play last night. I recorded it:
- LX100 at 100mbs 4k to capture full stage
- 1080p camcorder at 28mbs manual panning and zooming
- Canon 70D for photographs in raw/jpg
- Tascam audio recorder recording 4 channels - two internal mics and line in from mics on the stage.
The results after about 2 hours:
118 gigs of data! 4k obviously is the biggest culprit. Time for a larger hard drive! I usually keep all my raw data files even after editing, but in this case I may start deleting them.
It looks like I had good exposure on all the video I looked at. Lighting on the stage is inconsistent and in fact changing, so basically I purposefully underexposed and adjusted it regularly.
