No, you need unbuffered ecc. RDIMMS won't work in your board.

You can't make it run all core max turbo though.You can still max out the turbo and get better CPU performance than any desktop CPU out there. It's slightly better than my 3930K at 4.5GHz.
I guess you're the only one to get it up and running so far. I'm still waiting on my board. Something has shipped from the guy on ebay, hopefully it's a fully working Sabertooth x79. My Xeon chip is sitting on the shelf in it's anti-static bag. Heatsink on the way from Newegg.
