Thanks! this looks like a cd-rom version of the book they sell for $30 (not that i'd pay that, but i always kind of wanted one). it took a bit to get it to go through...it kept saying the code (vm10) was invalid or expired. then i noticed that it said "if you don't have a coupon, just click "next". well that sure worked. again, thanks jokersmoker!

Having never seen the software I am not disagreeing with your assessment of it but a little more detailed explanation of why it is bad would be much more useful to everyone. Is the information hard to understand, is it missing steps, is it only simple projects or not common repairs, is it too technical or too hard to follow.

Putting a little more details benefits everyone and supports your view.

Just buy a spindle of Imation CDR's with the RIP OFFER on the package. Register and pick your software, the Home Depot software is one of you free choices. I got my software in about a week.

I picked up a 24x Imation 100 pack spindle for 17+tax at Microcenter.
