I'm assuming you're referring to the thread where the guy beat up the daughter's boyfriend, which has significant differences from this situation.

Awesome! I just hope the dad does not faces charges. We all know how stupid the justice system can be sometimes. I'm not sure if its like this in the states, but here if you harm someone intentionally while breaking into your own house it's actually illegal. Though I've had cops even say "just make it look accidental". Even the cops don't agree it should be illegal, but it is.

But illegal or not, I'd do the same in his situation. Nobody is going to be in my house unauthorized (specially for something like that) and get away with it.

Strangling actually works better then the plan I have if ever someone came into my house unauthorized. No mess!

where the hell do you live where it is legal for someone to break in your house and be the defendant if "intentionally" deadly was forced used against you?

Sometimes there really is justice. But it rarely comes from the court system.
